Our preferred carrier
for all small packets is the the Royal Mail 1st Class Postal
Service. For larger/heavier boxes we use FedEX Next Day Carrier
service, for International Deliveries we use a range of different
International Delivery services e.g. Parcelforce - UPS - DPD
and Fedex/TNT. We also use Royal Mail - Airsure and International

Whenever possible, if you have opted to provide us with your

Refunds
Refunds generally take up to 14 days. We will notify
you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed
the returned item. Please note that we can refund shipping costs
only if the return is a result of our error. Furthermore, we
reserve the right to refuse returns that are not in re-saleable
condition, as defined above. We also reserve the right to impose
a 20% restocking fee on returns that do not have an RMA number
