What forms of payment do you accept ?

We accept the following credit and debit cards: Visa/Delta, Mastercard, American Express, Switch; We also accept cheques drawn on a UK bank in Pounds Sterling through the post. If you are unwilling to send your information over the Internet or your connection is unsecure then you can fax us your credit card details or alternatively post them to us. Please note that you must place the order first on the site and then select the cheque payment method. Please print out the resulting page and include this with your order. Is it safe to pass my credit/debit card information on the Internet ?

My order hasn't arrived yet ?

As soon as we receive your credit card order it is entered onto our system, and depending on our stock position is usually despatched the same day (weekends excluded). To maintain our low costs and high standards of security it is sometimes necessary to perform checks on orders above a certain value. This checking usually leads to a small delay in processing your order, but we feel that it is necessary to protect the customer from fraudulent use of stolen or lost credit cards.

If you are paying by cheque please note that it will slow down the processing and despatch of your order. The order does not go 'live' until we receive the cheque and we do not send out the order until the cheque has cleared. When paying by cheque you can expect the delivery of the order to take up to 10 days.

Delivery times depend on the method chosen for delivery. UK Royal Mail post options (Standard Post and Recorded Post) normally take between two to four working days for delivery. Courier delivery is usually next working day. These delivery times are subject to our current stock position which may increase the time before despatch and therefore affect delivery.

How much do you charge for delivery?

When you fill out the order form you will be asked which method of shipping you require. The system then calculates the cost of carriage based on the selections that are made.

A General guide to charges is as follows:

*These are the standard prices applicable to orders fro outside the EU, but under certain circumstances we may contact you to advise you of additions or reductions in the cost - for example an order containing a few cartridges may warrant a reduction in cost, whilst a larger, multi-item order may require an additional cost.

Please also note that individual items over 2kg in weight, i.e. some laser toner cartridges may have to shipped by courier to the EU. An additional carriage charge may be applied.

However, please note that we will NOT charge your credit card until we have received your explicit authorisation.

Please note that if no transit insurance is selected for cartridge sales and the order does not arrive we cannot be held responsible for the losses incurred.

What is your returns policy?

We will replace any faulty items if returned to us in their original packing within 30 days of purchase or a refund can be given if desired. Also see our general Terms & conditions below.

Private individuals, (as opposed to corporate bodies/partnerships, national/local government, schools/colleges, etc), are entitled to a 'cooling off' period of seven working days after receipt of the goods. Notification of cancellation by the customer must be made in writing to us by post, fax or E-mail - a phone call is inadequate. The cost of the carriage to you and return of the product to us is not refundable under our terms. Once the delivery process has begun you will not be able to cancel any contract with us for postage and packing costs, and will therefore be unable to claim that cost back from us. The goods must be returned to us as the supplier in the same condition they were received in after notification of cancellation of the order has been received within seven days as they have a finite shelf life. The goods can be collected from the customers property at the full charge or can be returned to us by the customer. The customer has a duty to take 'reasonable care' of any goods that are held by them until the point in which we have collected the cartridges or they are delivered back to us.

My printer is new and your site does not mention it. Do you sell the cartridges for it ?

We try to keep our information as up-to-date as possible, however new model printers are being produced all the time. Often, especially with Epson printers, the cartridges these printers use are the same as those produced before i.e. we stock the compatibles. If you are unsure about which cartridges your new printer takes there are a couple of procedures that you can undertake to check:

1 - Check the documentation that came with your printer, this will indicate the OEM references of the cartridges your machine takes. This is probably the most reliable source of information available.

2 - If you do not have your printer documentation then we have included a selection of printer manufacturers on the Links page which you can visit. Most of them have a printer selection system to determine the correct cartridges for the printer.

The information that you provide will not be passed on to other organisations and will be kept on a machine that is not accessible through the Internet or by modem. Terms and Conditions

We will replace any faulty items if returned to us in their original packing within 30 days of purchase or a refund can be given if desired. Any incorrectly ordered items may be replaced by the correct item, if available, if we are notified by fax, post or e-mail and receive the incorrectly ordered items, unopened in the original packing, within 30 days of purchase. If the item is not available it can be returned to us unopened for credit minus a small restocking charge. We cannot give credit for incorrectly ordered items which have been opened so please be careful when ordering.
