Lexmark has introduced several new color and monochrome laser printers,
targeted toward small and medium sized businesses. The C520 color laser
printer family features color and monochrome print speeds of up to 20ppm.
The line features Lexmark’s advanced laser and Color Care technologies,
1,200 x 1,200 dpi resolution, and chemically processed toners. Toner
cartridges can be accessed via the front door and carousel design. An
integrated multipurpose tray makes it easy to print labels, envelopes and
other types of media; and an intuitive operator panel with
graphics-enhanced “show me” screens walks users through common
corrections.
The C520 family consists of five network-ready models: the C520n, C522n,
C524n, C524dn and C524dtn.
Lexmark’s new E-series monochrome laser printers range consists of six
models, three of which are network ready. The series start from the
value-priced E238, E240, E240n and E240tn up to the E340 and E342n with
maximum speeds from 25ppm to 30ppm letter and true 1,200 x 1,200 dpi print
quality (some models only), the compact E-series printers offer easy toner
cartridge installation and a graphics-enhanced print driver. The E340
series printers also feature an LCD operator panel with easy-to-understand
messages.
