Step
1 -chip holder
Take the blue chip holder
(supplied with chip fitted
inside)
Step
2 - Reprogramme the chip
Next slide the blue chip
holder(with the chip fitted)into the
reprogrammer.
You will see a little lightinside the
blue case light up.When it flashes slowly (about 1hz)the
reprogramming is complete andthe chip has been reset to "Full".
Remove the chip holder from
thereprogrammer
Step 3 - Fit the
chip onto the JetTec ILRS compatible cartridge
The final step is to slide the blue chipholder(with the reprogrammed Epsonchip still in it)onto
a new JETTECcompatiblecartridge. The cartridge
is now readyfor
installation into theprinter and isinstalled in the same way
as you would instal any new Epson orindeed
a new compatible cartridge
The ILRS system is a way to save money by a carrying out a few simple steps
